Top o’ The Brewery

Top o' The Brewery sits on the third floor of a converted brewery building in Scarborough, right beside South Bay. Walk through the door and you're in an open-plan living and dining room with windows on two sides—one framing the sea and beach, the other the town beyond. The dining table becomes your vantage point for watching the coastline while you eat. From here, the kitchen branches off: properly equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and washing machine, it's set up for the kind of cooking and practicality that longer stays demand.

Two double bedrooms occupy the rest of the floor. The main bedroom has its own ensuite shower room; the second bedroom shares a family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Both have sea views—the kind where you wake to seagulls and waves. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. No smoking throughout. On-road parking is available, with scratch cards for the nearby A2 zone just five minutes' walk away, or you can use one of the public car parks dotted around town.

The location puts you steps from the sands of South Bay and within reach of Scarborough's pubs, arcades and promenade attractions. The beach is immediate; the rest of the town is walkable.
