Whitby House

You walk into Whitby House via a single step to find the living areas immediately. The ground floor opens into a spacious lounge with two sofas and armchairs positioned by a bay window, then leads through to a dining room that seats eight. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave—so you can prepare proper meals rather than relying on takeaways. Beyond these rooms lies an enclosed patio at the rear, furnished and ready for outdoor eating or sitting.

Upstairs holds four bedrooms: a king, a double, a room with zip-and-link single beds, and a bunk bedroom with a TV and DVD player for younger guests. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower over it, plus a separate toilet. The garden includes an outdoor shower with hot and cold taps, thoughtfully positioned for rinsing sand and seawater off after beach time or dog walks. On-road parking is available to the front.

Whitby House accommodates up to eight and takes one pet at no extra cost. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. The property sits opposite Tucker's Field, which houses a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym. Non-smokers only.
