My friend and I stayed here after a long travel to split up the long drive to the next meeting location, which was ideal as we were back on the M1 the following morning. Greeted by happy staff and the entrance area was clean and warm and very welcoming. Checked in and then headed to our room. Spacious, clean and above all, it was cool. Always try to stay at premier inn because you know what you are getting but this surpassed all standards. Thank you Premier Inn Team. Will be back

Had another fantastic stay at Premier Inn Northampton West (Harpole). From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room and great night’s sleep, everything was exactly what you’d hope for. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well looked after, and the whole team were friendly, approachable, and happy to help, making the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Julian, whose professionalism and genuinely friendly approach really stood out. He goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience, and it’s clear he takes real pride in ensuring guest have a genuinely enjoyable experience at the hotel. Always a pleasure staying here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Staff at both the hotel and the Beefeater restaurant were amazing….above expectations! Ensuring we had everything we needed and if we didn’t they corrected it. Rooms were small but great sleep, showers were hot & bath towels were huge! Breakfast was filling and everything you would want. So close to our son and daughter in law….we even walked to their house! Would stay again for sure!

Overnight stay in a nice double room with heating. Tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely new bathroom with a corner walk in shower, plenty of towels, good water pressure. Ample free car park but remember to register ypur var at reception. A very nice stay and would stay again.
