The whole property is yours alone, sleeping six across a king bed, a double, and two singles.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; the initial fuel for the woodburner is covered, and more is available locally. Outside, the enclosed garden has a decked seating area with furniture, a gas barbecue and pizza oven for evening gatherings. The property sits in Kingsthorpe village itself, within walking distance of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Free parking is available in a public car park 21 yards away, with additional on-road spaces nearby. No smoking inside. There are steps into the garden, and one step only at the entrance.
