No help when dealing with a loudly barking abandoned dog - had to provide advice to the manager (after eventually finding someone for reception, which took a long time trying to work out the number on an "away from desk" note). Also very expensive for what you get including extra charges for wifi and no plug sockets. The condition of the room was good though apart from the dog barking and lack of ammenities.

Very hot in the room, no AC and it was 29C outside. Only a vending machine in the lobby, but across the road are several fast food places.

Rooms are spacious however the shower/bath was lacking pressure, and the hot cold water issue is ridiculous. Hot water was silly hot and a pain to get basic cold water out the bath and shower ...need to improve.. I was on ground floor so the water pressure shouldn't be an issue. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel may seems cheap but they will rinse you for everything. Plus strong smell of cannabis and vomit all over the hotel. Extremely unhygienic and staff has a such attitude, you do not want to come back here ever again. You rather pay a little extra and stay elsewhere for comfort, cleanliness and to get treated with respect.
