What visitors say
I absolutely loved this cinema many years ago, it was always a lovely night out to see a film. However upon the most recent occasion as a disabled customer I found it to be one of the worst experiences i’ve had. We went to watch a film now known to be 160 minutes long… with over 30 minutes of adverts. This in total takes the time of parking over 3 hours and with mobility issues I have to give myself enough time to get there and then get back to my car. I inputted my registration plate into the Vue parking tablet and didn’t think anymore of it as we had paid almost £30 just in ticket prices to see this film let alone the price for a drink. We then left no more than a ten minutes after the film ended as unfortunately due to my condition I had to rush to the bathroom, the seats had made my condition worsen and I physically couldn’t walk and was almost being sick. We got to the car and managed to exit the car park. To then a few days later I got a parking fine! We had done nothing wrong, the film was over 3 hours and Vue should have policies in place to stop this from happening. I have never had a parking fine and find it extremely frustrating for not only myself but also the disabled community that we can be penalised as such to have to try to walk “normally” or fast when I physically cannot. I am beyond upset that this has happened as many years ago this never happened and everything was covered by Vue when you inputted the time in. Personally I will never return to this cinema and have made it crystal clear how discriminatory and disgusting this has been.

Without a doubt the best Vue cinema I've been to. It was spotlessly clean, really spacious, and the sound and picture quality were absolutely superb. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this cinema to anyone.

Great cinema, offering up to date films and amazing and comfortable seating. Have only so far booked in the premium recalling seats and they are so comfortable. Staff are friendly and the cinema is always clean.

Some reviews mention the food can be overpriced.
