Blue House Cottage

Blue House Cottage is a period stone building with character features throughout: exposed beams run through the living and dining rooms, where woodburners provide warmth on cooler evenings. The ground floor also contains a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate utility space. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles, each with a fireplace. The cottage is yours entirely, with an enclosed patio and garden furniture for outside time.

Located in Elsdon, the property overlooks the village green and sits next to a pub—convenient for an evening without cooking. Walking opportunities abound from the doorstep; the Northumberland National Park is close by, and the Borders, Hadrian's Wall, Kielder Water and the coast are all within reach for day trips. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; logs for the woodburners are provided to start with. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra charge. The cottage does not permit smoking.
