Everything is on the ground floor, with a ramp alternative to the four entrance steps. The main living space combines a well-equipped kitchen with a generous sitting area featuring three large windows and a smart TV. One bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower; the other contains two single beds. A separate bathroom includes a walk-in shower. At the rear, a sunroom connects to a patio and lawned garden with seating—a private spot enclosed from the street. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided. There is parking for two cars.
