Alnmouth's sandy beach is a mile away, and Alnwick Castle with its gardens lies a short drive inland. The village of Lesbury itself has a pub within walking distance, while the Northumberland coast offers cliff-top trails and quieter coves. Alnmouth Train Station connects to Newcastle and Edinburgh if you want to venture further afield without driving.
Oak House is a two-storey stone terrace with two king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom—one has a bath and shower, the other a walk-in shower. Downstairs, the living room contains sofas, a wood-burning stove (fuel provided October to April), and a TV. The kitchen-diner is equipped for proper cooking, with space at the table for four; a highchair is available if needed. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Off-road parking for one medium car sits outside, along with an enclosed patio and outdoor seating.
