The living space has a smart TV and games to hand; the dining area seats four comfortably. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine—with a sash window overlooking the historic alleyway. One bedroom has a king bed with its own TV, the other contains two single beds. Heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included. There is allocated parking for one car on site, with additional roadside parking nearby.

Alnwick town centre, with its shops, pubs and restaurants, is within walking distance. The property does not permit smoking. Families with young children can request a travel cot and highchair.
