The Maltings

The property sleeps five across three bedrooms—two doubles and a single—with an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom and a second bathroom serving the rest of the accommodation. Everything is on the ground floor, opening onto lawned grounds with direct access to the sea.

What sets this apartment apart is the exclusive use of a private jetty looking directly over Budle Bay, complete with a BBQ and bike store. It's an unusual place to eat outdoors or simply watch the bay's birdlife. The location sits within Waren Mill on Northumberland's Heritage Coast, with views towards Holy Island. Bamburgh Castle and its beach are a short drive away, as are Seahouses harbour and the seasonal boat trips there. Alnwick Castle lies within 30 minutes' drive, and there are numerous walks and cycle routes nearby. One pet is welcome at additional cost. The property does not permit smoking.
