Coachman's Cottage comes fully equipped for self-catering: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and initial logs for the wood burner are all included, along with bed linen and towels. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer for preparing meals. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a shared external utility room. You have your own enclosed garden with seating, on-site parking, and a bike store.

The cottage is a converted 19th-century stable building set within the grounds of a Georgian rectory, surrounded by open countryside on the edge of Northumberland National Park. One double bedroom and one bathroom occupy the first floor; downstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with Freeview TV and DVD player, wood-burning stove, and kitchen and dining areas. The Pennine Way passes within a mile, and Hadrian's Wall, Hexham, Corbridge, Alnwick Castle, Kielder Water and Holy Island of Lindisfarne are all within reach for day trips. A shop and pub are roughly half a mile away in the village. Smoking is not permitted. The property sleeps two.

The Old Rectory in Kings Nympton is just stunning. Beautiful surroundings, lovely cottages with everything you could possibly hope for. At the risk of making the place too popular, I really couldn't recommend it more highly. We had a lovely week. Sharon was a great hostess. Definitely booking again, thank you!

Spent an absolutely relaxing week. The accomodation was comfortable and clean. The information pack covered everything that you need to make your stay the best including places to eat and emergency numbers. The location was beautiful and tranquil. Sharon and Stuart gave us a lovely welcome. Thoroughly recommend this place when you need to relax and get away from it all absolutely brilliant

Very beautiful location! We had a wonderful weekend in the Woodlands cottage. There is pub near cottage like 3 minutes walk, beautiful little lake with dugs and geese. Cottage was clean and very well prepared before we arrived with little local presents on the table. There is swimming pool in the area of cottages. The nearest shop is 5 miles away, but there's an option of food delivery from Tesco or Sainsbury. To the nearest coast it's 30 minutes drive. Definitely lovely place to stay for holidays or for weekends;)

We had a Wonderful week, staying in the Woodlands cottage. The accommodation is well equipped and very clean. The set up is ideal for young families, and allowed us to relax whilst our children played with their new friends ❤️
