What visitors say
Really good Lido and model railway, minimum 3 hours parking is £6.40, be careful not to park where the pub parking is otherwise you'll get a ticket. You can park on the opposite side of the pub parking or parking for the model railway. Return ticket is £5 for adults and £2.50 for 3 to 11 children. Last train back is 5:30 p.m. take this model train to the sandy waterside,l beach, there is a play area, toilets and cafe serving cold and hot food. The pub near the entrance serves better food then the beach cafe. Few benches for picnics but these will be occupied on weekends or sunny days, so take a picnic rug. Take the model train back to parking, trains run every 15 minutes. Red flags mead no swimming or going in water but many ignore this and still swim including kids, there are no lifeguards. Great day out!

We had a great time riding the Ruislip Lido Railway. The trip takes roughly ten to fifteen minutes on one side, but the scenery is stunning. Additionally, the facilities are excellent and the personnel is nice. All in all, families and children had a pleasant experience.
