About Premier Inn Norwich Airport
Premier Inn Norwich Airport suits anyone catching an early or late flight, or simply passing through the city, who wants a straightforward bed close to the terminal without the hassle of arranging transport. With parking on site and the airport within walking distance, it works equally well as a pre-flight overnight stop or a base for exploring Norwich itself.
The hotel has 80 rooms across two floors, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms. Some of the decor is starting to show its age, but the rooms are kept clean and comfortable, and staff are consistently helpful and attentive. There's a restaurant and bar on site, breakfast is available, and rooms come with drinks facilities. An electric vehicle charge point and free on-site parking add to the practical appeal, and reception is staffed around the clock.
Beyond the airport run, the surrounding area offers a golf course, fishing, horse riding and entertainment nearby, along with pubs and restaurants within easy reach for an evening out. Norwich city centre is close enough to visit, making this a sensible choice whether the trip is about catching a plane or seeing the city.
What guests say
Lovely staff, however rooms are basic and outdated. No air con in the rooms, and the fans they provide are so weak it doesn’t even touch the sides. Would be nice if they could offer thinner duvets/sheets in this heat

Used this hotel as base for a tourist visit Norwich. The location is perfect you can leave your car here and walk 5 minutes to the Park and Ride which for a low price fare takes you right into the city centre. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful

The room had an odd smell about it, airing did not seem to help. The coffee machine did not work ALL week. Not sure why, after having paid for my stay in advance, with the meal deal and parking and Internet, I had to ask at the Reception each day for the current daily pass code for the internet. The worst issue I had was with the shower, which was only an overhead one attached to the wall, it did not have one to hold so you can wash yourself ALL OVER, bit noisy, but VERY close to the airport.

For a premier inn I don't expect a whole lot and have stayed in them loads happily before, but this place has a serious mould and damp problem. I would avoid staying here if you have asthma or are immunosuppressed. Black mould in the corner of the room (picture doesn't do it justice), curtains mouldy and a musky smell. Also black mould on the external face of the building. Staff super friendly and nice, can't fault that part but the building itself needs a serious sort out to fix the damp issue!
