What guests say
Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and air conditioned. The shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We ate and the food was served nice and hot. Breakfast was included in the price which is fantastic value for money. A really nice atmosphere. Parking is available in a huge car park that is shared with David Lloyd so you might be some distance from the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Overall, my stay here was really good I honestly couldn’t fault it. Every member of staff, from reception to breakfast service to housekeeping, was friendly, welcoming, and kind. I usually struggle to sleep in new environments, but I had a great night’s sleep here. The bed was very comfortable, which made a big difference. The hotel is also very kid-friendly and offers great value for money. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. The reception area, downstairs toilets, and our room were all spotless, which really stood out. The breakfast included in our stay was decent nothing exceptional, but perfectly fine and satisfying. Considering the hotel’s star rating, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely stay again.

Staff brilliant, friendly and helpful. The management should be praised for this. Location right next to an Asda but you wouldn't know it. Very convenient for city centre and elsewhere in Norfolk. Food and drinks good. Basically this is a very good stop to be trusted and we'd definitely use it again. Deserves more star ratings than it seems to have.

Only 3 stars for a 3 star. Firstly, the parking spaces are awfully small. I feel like the car park is very old and hasn't been updated for newer cars in the last 15 years. The room was acceptably clean and set up as we needed (sofa bed and cot bed out with bedding). At dinner the glass for my water looked like it had been used for a beer and not cleaned properly and there were multiple items unavailable from the menu which you only find out when you try to order. For breakfast the following morning, the oven was broken meaning a full English was not available. The sign saying there may be a delay should have said they wouldn't be available as nothing had come out by the end of breakfast time. So only items that were probably microwavable were available. The rest of the normal breakfast items were available and acceptable. A later checkout at 12pm is very useful however, especially with children.
