Had a wonderful experience at Vue Nottingham. The cinema was clean, modern, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable environment from the moment we arrived. The seating was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the film. The screen quality was crystal clear, and the surround sound was excellent, providing an immersive cinematic experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, helping everything run smoothly from ticket collection to the concessions. The food and drinks were fresh, with a good selection of snacks to choose from. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place for a family outing, a date night, or simply catching the latest blockbuster. A consistently enjoyable cinema experience, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a great movie night in Nottingham. Looking forward to visiting again! Beautiful views of the City from the 3rd Fllpr

All of the staff are really polite and were really patient with me when I had a few questions the first time I went to see a film here. I've only had my ticket actually checked once though, which could just be a thing with the top floor screens as they seem to be the smaller ones. The quality of the actual film depends on which screen you are in as some seem to have issues with audio levels, which isn't much of an issue for me as all the screening I have attended were open captioned but could potentially be an issue for others. It doesn't seem to get all that busy even on weekend and all screens I've been in have been exceptionally clean.

Staff are super kind and helpful. I went to see Bangtan livestreamed concerts two weeks in a row in the Epic Screen and they couldn't get it to work so sent us to Screen 3, but very kindly gave comp tickets on request for refund of the difference in ticket prices between the Epic Screen and the less big screens. Matt and a colleague (with light brown hair and a calm demeanor whose name I didn't get) and Mo and Rio served me, and they were all stellar and super kind and made my day even better. Very patient and understanding and considerate - great time, even with the screen move! ^_^ 🙌🏻 (Can't get the photos to go in order, but it's meant to be boots to ceiling, not the other way! 😬😵‍💫) Also it's better than cine world because the frontmost seats are a logical amount of distance from the screen. Also the chairs can lean back, recliner-style if you pressure them a lil bit. :) Regardless, they're comfortable either way! ^_^

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I accidentally booked a 9:00 AM Spider-Man showing at Vue Nottingham and missed the screening because of a genuine mistake. I contacted Vue to explain what happened and asked if they could offer a refund or move the tickets to another showing. Instead of showing any understanding or trying to help, I was simply told that their policy meant nothing could be done. The entire conversation felt cold and completely lacking in empathy. I am neurodivergent, and mistakes like this can happen despite trying to be careful. What made this experience so upsetting was not just missing the film, but the way my situation was handled. I felt like I was treated as just another policy issue rather than a customer who had made an honest mistake. I understand companies have policies, but good customer service also requires judgement, compassion, and the ability to look at individual circumstances. Referring to policy without any attempt to find a solution is not good customer service. After this experience, I will seriously reconsider using Vue again. A company should remember that behind every booking is a real person, not just a transaction.
