About Roomzzz Nottingham City
Roomzzz Nottingham City is an aparthotel rather than a conventional hotel, with studio rooms built around kitchenettes, larger sofa areas and a self-service breakfast included in the rate, aimed at guests who want more space and flexibility than a standard hotel room. It sits on Talbot Street, a short walk from both Nottingham railway station and the Lace Market.
Rooms are finished in a bright, contemporary style with good natural light, and the self-check-in system suits guests arriving outside normal reception hours. The included continental breakfast and complimentary hot drinks throughout the day are a genuine cost saving over a typical city-centre hotel stay of more than one night.
The location works well for arrivals by train, with the station a five-minute walk away, and puts Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem, the castle and the Lace Market's restaurants all within easy reach on foot.

Nice enough hotel apartment in a good location for the town centre, theatres and parks. Good air-con. Nice to have a dishwasher and access to a washing machine, too. Slightly dated room and bathroom was clean, but the bathroom often had an odd smell. There was also a lot of silverfish found in the bathroom. This needs to be looked at. Also, the shower does not hold a consistent temperature, fluctuating between hot and cold. The design of the shower is poor, as no matter how it’s used, the bathroom floor will be soaking after use. Similarly, the kitchen tap fluctuates between hot and cold even when on cold. Irritating for wanting cold drinking water. One of the main reasons I booked this apartment hotel was because of the free coffee in the lounge. The machine was broken for the majority of my stay, and I had to spend a lot of money on coffee elsewhere. Overall, a useful stay for a business trip, but could do with some attention to detail.

Great place. Modern and clean. Super for longer stays than my one night here due to the kitchenette in the room. That was fully featured, with a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a dishwasher, pans, kitchen utensils, etc. Iron, board, hairdryer, desk, chair, sofa, bed linen, the bed (firm), TV on the wall, in the room. Shower gel and hand-wash are included in the shower room. Good towels. Fortunately, it was quiet that night, but it's close to a music club. Just on the edge of the city centre, so easy to get around. Pleasant and helpful staff. As I'm a mobility scooter user, there was some confusion about having it on the premises. Eventually permitted to bring it in, as long as it was not plugged in.

Superb location for Nottingham City centre. Loved the apartment hotel format with a small bit fully functional kitchen. Ideal for self sufficient breakfast and more if you're inclined. Stayed in very hot weather and the Aircon was super cold, had to turn temp up. Great for a comfortable night's sleep. Lobby complementary hot drinks very welcome. Breakfast very basic croissants with no jam or butter. Will use again when working in the area.

A lovely clean, modern hotel. Service was okay, not overly friendly but nothing to complain about. Especially loved the mini kitchen within the room, absolutely fab, even a dishwasher!! Parking was under the hotel, charged £10 overnight. Small but we got a space. Fabulous location, five mins walk to the centre. Would use Roomzzz again.
