What guests say
Staff were friendly, ample parking outside the hotel and easy to get there. Room was reasonably clean, found a hair on one of the towels and a stain on one of the kids bed sheets. Could do better with attention to cleanliness - but it wasn’t all that bad. Premier inn are usually a good safe bet, and aside from the 2 mentioned niggles, this lived up to the premier inn standard.

Stayed here recently and it did exactly what I needed without any hassle. The place was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as expected (which is rarer than it should be). Staff were easy to deal with and handled things quickly without making it complicated. Location was convenient and the overall vibe was calm and no-nonsense. Solid choice if you just want a straightforward, comfortable stay.

I never learn. This is the 3rd Premier Inn I have stayed in and again issues. I wont mention all the usual basic stuff which is fine so focus on the things that frustrated me. No window to open. The window is just that, a window and you cannot open it to let some fresh air in. The bathroom sink hot water.....or should I say lack of hot water. I ran the tap for over 10 minutes and still no hot water. I then ran it again the following day and still nothing. The shower on/off had a mind of it's own (this was due to pressure build up). I knew I had turned it off but when I came back in I felt the room quite warm and walked into the bathroom, only to find the hot water was on for the bath. Turns out the tap, when you try to turn it off, will slowly turn itself back on. The bathtub itself was slippery. I have stayed in Days Inn hotels and some other basic hotels and they either have bath tubs with the rough surface or a bath mat and this had neither. The 4g/5g is not existent. I have stayed in areas where you can still barely get a signal (and I am talking to the highlands) but this, for the first time travelling, is teribble. I had to use the Hotel's internet, which thankfully was free, but it was free for a reason....cause it is so slow and I mean slowwwwww. So, once bitten, twice bitten and now three times bitten, never again will I stay in a Premier Inn.

Building is modern and is in perfect shape. It is also a short drive to Blenheim palace. The staff are friendly. The only note is the postcode in our vehicle's satnav sent us to a housing development instead of the hotel (near the airport a few miles away). Google maps did send us to the correct place. It isn't Premier Inn's fault, but people should be aware as it also happened to someone else staying at the hotel.
