Outside there is off-road parking opposite for two cars (pending conversion to hardstanding once planning permission granted) and an elevated garden with lawn and patio with views over to Newport Beach. Two well behaved dogs welcome, dogs allowed downstairs only (stairgate to upstairs) and not on soft furnishings. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Pembrokeshire at Delfryn. Within 0.4 miles there is a pub and shop and 2.1 miles a beach. Note: The garden is accessed by approximately 11 steep steps with gate at the top and bottom, please supervise children at all times. Note: There is one step up into the kitchen, please take care. Note: There is no barbecue but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
