Fachongle Ganol Cottages - Ty Bach
Pembrokeshire

Ty Bach is a detached stone cottage with everything you need for a self-catering stay. The single-storey layout keeps things straightforward: an open-plan living space with a woodburner, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), and a bathroom with bath. Bed linen and heating are included; initial fuel for the woodburner is provided, with additional supplies available. One well-behaved pet stays free, and there is parking on site.
The cottage sits within a small courtyard of four properties, with the Preseli Mountains rising behind. A garden with patio and furniture provides outdoor space, and the grounds are planted with over 700 holly trees and berry-bearing shrubs. Walking begins practically at the door: a public footpath crosses farmland, and the adjoining Coed Tŷ Canol National Nature Reserve has woodland trails, an Iron Age fort, and stone walls among gnarled oaks. The nearby coastal towns of Trefdraeth and Newport both have sandy beaches; from the property you can watch the sunset reflect off Carningli, an outstanding local hill.
No smoking in the property. Water comes from a spring on-site, so pressure may vary. Wi-Fi can be accessed in the yard but does not reach indoors.
