Pembrokeshire

Rural Pembrokeshire offers walking and birdwatching on the doorstep of this stone barn conversion. The 12-acre grounds contain over 700 holly trees, berry-bearing shrubs, and gardened spaces that create secluded corners throughout the property. Sandy beaches lie 5 miles away, reachable by car for a quick coastal trip, while public footpaths across farmland lead directly from the door into the wider countryside.
Y Bwthyn has three bedrooms sleeping six: a double with ensuite on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms with single beds upstairs. The main living space is open plan, combining a dining area with a sitting room centred on a wood burner; a fitted kitchen sits within the same room. Downstairs there is also a bathroom with a bath. The property sits in a courtyard shared with three others and includes private parking on site. Bed linen, electricity and heating are covered, as are the initial logs for the burner. A cot and highchair are available. One pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking, and it draws water from a spring on-site so pressure can vary. WiFi is accessible in the yard outside. A patio with garden furniture provides outdoor space, and stabling can be arranged for horses.
