Gardeners Lodge
Pembrokeshire
Gardeners Lodge is a detached cottage on a working farm, positioned between the market town of Pembroke and the coastal hamlet of Stackpole Quay. The building sits at the edge of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, within walking distance of bridle ways and footpaths that lead through the countryside towards Stackpole, Freshwater East beach, and other parts of the Pembrokeshire coast.
The cottage has one bedroom with a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a super king or two singles, plus an ensuite shower. Downstairs is a single open-plan space combining living and dining areas with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave all present. A 40-inch smart TV and DVD player are in the living area. The property includes Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels. Outside, a small enclosed courtyard has patio furniture and a barbock.
The location works for couples exploring the coast on foot. Barafundle Bay, a National Trust beach, lies a short drive away. St Govan's Chapel, tucked into cliffs further west, is also within reach. A single car can park on site. No smoking inside the property.
