Lovely B&B centrally located in Penrith close to everything you will need. We were doing the C2C cycle ride and secure storage for our bikes was provided. The rooms we had were all en suite with refreshments provided. Good choice for breakfast which was cooked just right, continental also available. Ann the host was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would certainly recommend.

I stay in Penrith for work fairly regularly. Normally go in the Premier Inn but their prices were astronomical this week for some reason. The Glendale was a fraction of the price so we booked there. Nice personal service from Paul and Ann. They let us drop bags off early. Room was small but very clean. Nice breakfast in the front room. This place reminds me of places I stayed with my parents as a kid. Good pub at the bottom of the road.

Our host Ann was fabulous. She was really welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. Very helpful in regards to the parking and any other questions we had. Our room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfy and the shower was really good. Breakfast was really delicious and lots of it. Location was only a couple of minutes walk to town, and in a nice quiet area. Definitely recommend Glendale Guest House

We regularly use this accommodation and we had two groups of cyclists stay at the Glendale this Bank Holiday weekend, a group of 3 men and another group of 7. Their feedback to us about Glendale was excellent, great rooms, great breakfasts and they were looked after for their whole stay. Consistently great, many thanks. Pedal Power Cycling Ltd
