North Lakes Hotel And Spa

We had a very pleasant two day break purchased directly through the hotel website. We had a lovely signature King room, huge bed, great ensuite, tea and coffee facilities including mugs and readily available fresh cold milk (from a dispenser in each corridor). All the food was superb, we had dinners and breakfasts. The swimming pool and spa were lovely. In our room we had robes and slippers which were perfect for the spa. Nice outside area with benches and tables. Car parking was included in our price. Sunny on reception was a very pleasant chap who was very helpful. Some reviews mention road noise and expensive drinks. It's located near the A66 so you should expect a bit of noise, but this was not an issue for us. As for the drinks we think they were sensibly priced, this included a few bottles of wine which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall a lovely stay and we will definitely book here again. 100% recommended.

We had a really lovely stay at North Lakes Hotel & Spa. It is very conveniently located off the motorway but we didn’t hear the road at all. As others have said, don’t be put off by the initial appearance of the building from the outside, it doesn’t reflect the inside, which is really lovely. We stayed in a family suite which was spacious and comfortable for 4. The children used the pool which was welcome after a long journey, and spotlessly clean. The hotel had great attention to detail with unexpected treats provided for the kids. The meal in the restaurant was excellent, great food and service. The breakfast was a highlight too - I cannot fault it. All round, our stay exceeded our expectations and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the hotel for one night. The hotel is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The spa pool is very wide and deep - we had a great time here. Also we had some spa treatments today. I was served by Aggie for shoulder and scalp massage which was extremely nice and professional. I was especially impressed with the heated bed I was lying on. Aggie was very nice, accommodating and made feel at ease! I would definitely come back in the future

Had a great meal at North Lakes with my family celebrating an occasion. The food was cooked to perfection, the chicken kebab was a favourite and the attention the waitress gave especially with my partner with a allergy was brilliant and made us feel well cared and catered for. The cocktails were tasty and the offer is a nice bonus! Even pleasantly surprised at the end with a personalised congratulations treat that was unexpected. Thank you Abby for your attention, a real asset to the north lakes. A really enjoyable evening and nothing to fault, all staff were polite and I will return in the near future.
