Rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, I had good night's sleep. Breakfast, was good I bad smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on toast. The breakfast menu was very good. The proprietors were kind friendly, and engaging. I would use the B&,B again

Very clean and modern place with many rooms and good service. Breakfast was filling and with many options. Good location from town centre and superstore. Owners were helpful and sorted us bike store.

Warm, friendly, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. Hosts Vanda and Phil are charming and ever-helpful, with amazing knowledge of the surrounding area and further afield. If we ever pass this way again, we will stay here.

A stunning guest house ideally located close to Penrith (North Lakes) West coast rail line, the M6, A66, the centre of Penrith and many other near-by Lake district tourist hotspots. Great hosts. Immaculate property with off road parking. A true gem of a guest house, beautifully clean, modern throughout, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Great breakfast and great selection of food. Looking forward to returning.
