Clachan Cottage

You arrive at Clachan Cottage to find a detached property with space and privacy all to yourself. Downstairs, the living room has a woodburner and smart TV. The kitchen runs to a range cooker, dishwasher and American fridge freezer, with a breakfast area attached. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail.

The cottage comes with wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and fuel for the woodburner. There is parking for two cars on site. One dog stays free. A welcome pack is provided, along with a travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fireguard if you need them. The grounds include a shared garden and firepit with other properties nearby, a bike store, and a shared games room with table tennis. No smoking is permitted inside.

The location sits within reach of the Cairngorms National Park and the towns around Perth and Kinross, with walking, cycling and exploration of the wider Perthshire landscape all within easy reach. Steps run through the grounds.
