Sunnyside is a semi-detached cottage on a quiet lane in Kirkmichael, a small Perthshire village. When you arrive, you step into a living room with an open fire and Freeview TV. The kitchen is fitted out for proper cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge—opening into a dining area where you can sit together. There's a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed plus a pull-out single, sharing a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The essentials are covered: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity included, plus initial fuel for the fire. Electric central heating keeps things warm year-round.
Outside, an enclosed lawned garden with furniture is perfect for outdoor meals or quiet time. On-site parking fits two cars. The cottage sits within walking distance of Kirkmichael's pub, restaurant and well-stocked village shop. From here, you can reach Pitlochry (10 miles), Glenshee ski slopes to the north, or explore Blairgowrie and the Angus Glens. The Cataran Trail, a 64-mile waymarked walk, passes near the property—walkable in sections or as a complete route. Golfers have over 30 courses to choose from, including Gleneagles and Rosemount. The village has an electric car charging point two minutes' drive away. Note that the stairs are open, steep and spiral.
