Families and groups of six will find The Quaich works well for a week away. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms mean everyone gets space—the ground floor holds a king with views, two twin rooms (one with zip-and-link beds that convert to a super-king), and a full bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is a single open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and lounge, opening onto a balcony that overlooks Loch Tay. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included.
What makes this different is the location. The house sits on the outskirts of Fearnan, and across the road lies a grassed area and shingle beach with direct access—a genuinely unusual feature for a holiday property. The house itself comes with fishing rights on the loch, which operates in season. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer alongside the basics. There is parking for three cars on site. The loch itself attracts people for sailing, canoeing and boat hire; there are also cruises available locally. No smoking inside.
