Penlee Retreat

Penlee Retreat is a three-bedroom house in Stoke, Plymouth, sleeping up to eight. One dog stays free, and you have the whole property to yourself. The ground floor centres on a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with patio doors onto a private courtyard garden furnished for eating outside. There's a second living room with a sofa bed, a utility room with washing and drying facilities, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room; two further bedrooms share a family bathroom, with the third room offering either two zip-and-link singles or a superking configuration.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Underfloor heating keeps the house warm throughout your stay. Outside, the enclosed back garden has patio furniture, and there's private parking for two cars plus an electric charging point. The property does not permit smoking. It's a ten-minute drive to the coast and within easy reach of Plymouth's city attractions.
