We stayed for one night.. it was a convenient location for us, with parking.. The rooms were very clean with everything we needed.. The owners are amazingly welcoming and friendly, we felt very at home.. we were asked what we would like for breakfast when we arrived and breakfast in the morning was excellent... Thank you , I would definitely stay again and highly recommend...

Clean and tidy with welcoming host who was knowledable about the local area. Pretty good location, not far to walk into the town centre or to water front. Breakfast was really good, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Five star ratings , alma ticks all the boxes, most welcoming hosts, rooms clean , tidy , great breakfast which sets you up for the day. Would stay again and recommend. John Wrench Bedford.

I booked 3 months ago to have a place where my parents can stay for Christmas. Today, I was told that they are not open then, so now I have to pay substantially more to find a place as there are few options left. The message was also not very friendly, just saying 'we are closed then' - no apologies for my inconvenience or troubles. Bad customer service
