Be aware. No lockbox like all other properties in UK. You have to arrive from 16.00 until 22.00 if anything happens to you on the road you will not be able to stay like us. We said to them they are not helpful as we had to check in 12 at night, and they cancelled us, said we are rude, and kept our money from Expedia. Book something else don't take the risk.

Avoid!!! Non refundable even if they cancel you!!!! Rude, unprofessional. NO lockbox. Only check you in when its convenient for them not the guest. They didn't let us check in and kept our money.

Booked this thinking we would have use of the kitchen and garden (as advertised) but it was not so just a small room with kettle and microwave, no utensils. Also shared small bathroom with 2 other families. Would not recomend.
