One bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom with a double shower, and a combined living and dining area make up the layout. The ground-floor positioning means no stairs, and you have the place entirely to yourself—parking for one car is on site.
The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you can settle in straight away. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals rather than relying on takeaways, and there's space to eat at the table. One dog or cat stays free, and smoking is not permitted inside.

We had a lovely break at this property over New Year! It was comfortable, warm, clean and decorated to a high standard - we very much appreciated the Christmas tree and New Year balloon! There is plenty of room for five adults - particularly as there are three bathrooms! The owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. The parking spot in the courtyard is very useful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Plymouth.

My wife and I stayed at Apartment 1, 175 Outland Rd while dealing with a family crisis. The apartment was a perfect place to relax and recharge in - immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, cleverly and thoughtfully arranged and with a really nice ambience. The whole experience of dealing with this company was superb from start to finish - really clear and prompt communication, a simple and faultless check in process and two very warm and personable owners in Jude and Geoff who bent over backwards to be helpful. They’re lovely people who clearly really care about every aspect of their customer’s experience and it shows. We would recommend Ocean City Retreats unreservedly. Best accommodation we’ve found anywhere in the UK.
