Ty Cerbyd works well for couples or small families wanting countryside without isolation. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms—a kingsize on the ground floor and two singles upstairs—with one bathroom and a separate toilet. You get the whole place to yourself, plus parking on site and a private enclosed garden with patio and BBQ area. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included; the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, and the biomass heating keeps things warm.
The property sits on a working sheep and cattle farm in a converted stone building, positioned between the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Gower Peninsula. From the cottage windows you might spot herons, red kites, or squirrels along the River Clydach. A network of farm trails crosses the 100 acres of grounds—bluebell woodland, mountain streams and hillside pastures are all within walking distance from your door. The Gower's beaches, the waterfall walks of the Vale of Neath, and Afan Forest Park's mountain biking trails are nearby; further afield lie the Pembrokeshire Coast and the National Showcaves of Wales.
One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking. Note that there is a stream running through the grounds.
