We visited this evening for a 60th Birthday. We were a party of 26, the food came out swiftly with no issues- noone was waiting for anything. All the food was home made, piping hot and exceptionally generous portions and very reasonably priced. All the staff were really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone commented on the fantastic food and service- so lovely to see a local business getting it right and providing a top class experience for their customers. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you

We stayed here on Sunday night before going to the Eric Bibb concert in the Arts Centre. What a fabulous little town. Had a drink in the bar before going. The room was warm and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was to die for. Comes highly recommended

The Dillwyn is the best all round pub in Pontardawe. Good beer at reasonable prices, fantastic food any day of the week and always a warm welcome from Nathan and co. They recently hosted the wake for one of my parents and they couldn't do enough for us. Wonderful community pub.

AVOID if you want to sleep, unless you can sleep with the noise of a bar below you and no sound proofing. Staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean, but rest is grubby (sticky bannister etc) but the killer is the noise. If I can fine an alternate location I'm checking out tmr.
