Wernddu Fechan Bungalow sits on the edge of this area as a single-storey property with full wheelchair access and ramp-level entry to the ground floor, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The bungalow sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite wet room on the ground floor, a zip-and-link super kingsize upstairs (which can be arranged as two singles), and a third room with two single beds. A second family bathroom upstairs has a spa bath with shower. The open-plan kitchen and dining room, fitted with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, opens through French doors to the garden—useful for cooking and eating outdoors. The living room has a wood burner and Freeview Smart TV. Heating is underfloor on the ground floor with individual controls; the first floor has thermostatic radiator valves. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial fuel for the burner are included.

Outside, an enclosed rear patio and grassed area allow dogs to roam freely, with a paddock to one side of the property. Private parking fits four cars. One pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
