Wernddu Fechan House is a five-bedroom property that sleeps 14, making it suitable for large family gatherings or groups of friends. The whole house is yours alone, with a private hot tub for six and a games room featuring a snooker table. It sits close to Port Talbot on the Neath Port Talbot coast.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs you have a living room with an 85-inch Smart TV, a separate dining room seating 14, and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer and coffee machine, plus a utility room and games room with its own television. Upstairs are five bedrooms: two with zip-and-link super king beds (convertible to singles), one with a super king and single, one with four singles, and one with a king and single. Four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; one has a spa bath with shower attachment and walk-in shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, heating and electricity are included. A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available if needed.

Outside, a front split-level patio and enclosed rear garden with lawn space provide room to spread out. There is parking for five cars. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet can stay free.
