Ty Gwenyn

Ty Gwenyn is a restored carriage on a working farm near Talybont-on-Usk, everything on one level. You get a bedroom with pull-out double bed, a shower cubicle and toilet, and a kitchenette where you can cook. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The back garden has a fire pit and seating, and there is parking for one car on site.

The Brecon Beacons National Park surrounds you. The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal runs nearby for walks, and Pen y Fan is within reach for those who want to climb. The Taff Trail suits cyclists, while the Usk River and Talybont Reservoir offer water-based activities. Talybont-on-Usk village has a pub within a mile, along with a café and shop. Brecon and Crickhowell are short drives away. The farm itself is home to various animals, and this area is designated Dark Sky Reserve. No smoking is permitted in the property.
