Tyncoed is a ground-floor lodge on a working sheep farm in the countryside north of Brecon Beacons National Park. It sleeps four—a double bedroom, plus a sofa bed suitable for children—with a shower room, open-plan living space, and a kitchen equipped for self-catering. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.
What sets it apart is the private hot tub on the decked garden, positioned to catch the views across the landscape towards the Beacons and Black Mountains. The location works well for walkers and cyclists exploring the surrounding countryside, or for a quieter retreat after time in Brecon itself, six miles away. The town has the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh, a theatre, cathedral, and canal trips if you want a gentler day. There is parking for two cars on site. No smoking inside.

A wonderful 3 night stay at Tyn Y Coed Cottage. A prefect location for us to explore the countryside and local towns. The cottage was well equipped, clean, and delightfully snug. Thank you Lisa

Beautiful cottage for family getaway. Great host Lisa was very informative pre and during our stay. Close to Brecon, plenty of good walks and nice pubs. Tyn Y Coed Cottage was the perfect place to return to after a day of fresh air in the hills.
