Upper Ffinnant is a detached stone farmhouse in the Powys countryside, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It sleeps six across three bedrooms—two doubles and one twin—with a single bathroom and separate toilet. The ground floor has a living room with woodburner and TV, plus a kitchen/dining room equipped for proper cooking, with electric ovens and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Electricity and bed linen are included; heating is economy 7. One dog stays free.
The property suits families and larger groups looking for a base near serious walking and outdoor activity. Pony trekking, hiking and mountain biking are on the doorstep. Younger children find play barns and open farms nearby. Brecon, Crickhowell, Abergavenny and Hay-on-Wye—proper market towns with farm shops and farmers' markets—are within reach for supplies or days out. The Brecon Mountain Railway, Dan-Yr-Ogof caves and several castles lie within an hour's drive. There is private parking for three cars on site and a gravelled courtyard with garden furniture. No smoking inside the property.
