Great place for a party. The staff are lovely and seriously cannot do enough to make sure all goes smoothly. Food, party bags and food allergies all catered for. My daughter and her friends had the best time! Thanks Labyrinth staff you were brilliant 🤩

We held my daughters 5th birthday party here, we had a build a bear party and all the children loved it! They're all obsessed with their new soft toys (great selection available!) and it was so lovely they had somewhere to play too. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Had a lovely set party for our kids and a few friends. Parked up in the car park and headed in, welcome immediately without needing to discuss booking details which was nice. Went upstairs to the game room, were briefed and looked after wonderfully by Izzy 👍 who suggested games etc. We were 6 in total and that there was enough space for a good game between us all, I think. Lots of places to hide. Games were short and sweet, was fun to see the stats after. One of the kids sadly couldn't make it so I had to stand in and join in which was great fun 😁 After games we went downstairs and got a drink, chips and pizza as part of the party kids table and an adults table. We brought cake and the team there very kindly found candles for the cake that I had forgotten 🙄 Food was great, chai latte I purchased was very nice. They brought out the included party bags and everything was very smooth and felt looked after, we finished kind of early so the kids chilled in the movie shack until their mates got picked up. None of the other parents knew it was there, so they do now 😀 I felt it good value for a birthday party and nice to have a structure with an end time rather than all day in the soft play (they are getting a bit old for now) My only thing is I dislike multistorey carparks in general, but nothing against the labyrinth. as far as that went it was fine getting a spot and was like 4 quid for under two hours. Nothing stopping one from parking elsewhere 😅

We've been to the play cafe a handful of times now and it's one we will continue using regularly, it's the perfect size that you can always keep an eye on the little ones while also being able to sit back and enjoy a coffee. There is more than enough to keep them entertained. The staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. The food is simple but decent and there is a nice choice of drinks. The only slight criticism is the movie hut, they often play one movie then I think it just auto plays, so it will just play multiple episodes of the same show, the kids don't mind, but it would be nicer if there was a little more thought about what was being shown.
