About 12 Helena Luxury Serviced Apartment
12 Helena Luxury Serviced Apartment suits travellers who want space to settle rather than a standard hotel room, whether that's a work trip to Reading or a quieter adults-only break. The apartments are set on Brownlow Road with free on-site parking, making them a practical base for anyone arriving by car.
Each apartment comes with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen, so guests can cook their own meals and store their own drinks rather than relying on room service. There's a garden with outdoor seating and garden views, a spot to sit outside away from the apartment itself, and 24 hour reception covers arrivals at any hour. Free WiFi is included throughout.
Being adults-only, it's geared towards couples or solo guests rather than families. Nearby options include pubs, bars, restaurants and eateries for those who'd rather not cook every night, plus entertainment and fishing in the area for guests looking to fill their days beyond the apartment itself.

What guests say
Needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks and this was like home from home. Great to be able to cook for ourselves, without having to go out. Fantastic location. Not far from local amenities. Free WiFi, which was excellent. Parking which was a bonus. Would definitely use again if needing a place to stay for longer than 2 nigjts. Nice touches with hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Kitchen was well equipped. I even cooked a roast dinner.

Could be for a short stay. Plus: parking site. Easy check-in, good communication with the owner. Needs some cleaning and refreshments...

Great apartment. Struggled getting in, but that was me not reading the instructions clearly (!). Self contained, and very clean.
