What guests say
My family and I stayed at voco Reading for our Christmas holiday, where we spent three wonderful nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost care and warmth. The Front Office Manager, Era, welcomed us with such kindness and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We were also assisted incredibly well by Asha. Both of these ladies were extremely hospitable and friendly, always greeting us with beautiful smiles each morning. Their exceptional service truly made our stay special. The care and attention they showed to our entire family did not go unnoticed. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and for taking such great care of us.

The stay at the Voco hotel has been fantastic. Where do I start, Nissrine and Asha made the beginning of our stay the best ever, my little boy loved it, he even had photos with the staff. The room was amazing and the beds, wow, then to the spa area and pool, the team were so friendly and the space is great. Then on to the breakfast and the team, Steven and Hugo could not do enough for us and the choice was great, a real setup for the day. We then had evening meals in the restaurant and Roman and Holly were so friendly. The food was also great that we are considering staying an extra night. It’s team like this that make hotels great and I really enjoyed this stay. Great teamwork. Thank you so much for making this so special.
