Garden Cottage

Robertsbridge sits between the Sussex coast and the High Weald, and Garden Cottage puts both within easy reach. Winchelsea beach is a short drive away, while the 1066 walking route runs past the door through rolling countryside toward Battle. Rye's cobbled streets are fifteen minutes by car, and Hastings Country Park lies nearby for woodland walks. A pub stands a mile down the lane.

The cottage itself sits on a quiet country lane and consists of one double and one single bedroom with a shower room, all on the ground floor. The living and dining space has a woodburner for winter; the kitchen is equipped for cooking. The owners' two private lakes are a short walk beyond the garden, with one suitable for fishing. Your own lawned garden overlooks the water. One dog is welcome. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; central heating keeps things warm. There is a pond on the property. Parking is on site, and a cot and highchair are available. No smoking throughout.
