There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a double bedroom with an ensuite shower completes the layout. The property sleeps four and is yours alone—no shared spaces, no other guests.

Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi all come as standard. A public car park operates nearby at £7 per day. The apartment stands within the town centre itself, within walking distance of cafés, restaurants and shops, and about 10–15 minutes' walk from the railway station and the Pantiles. A pub sits within a mile. The place does not permit smoking. A travel cot is available if you ask when booking.
