This place is great to burn off some energy. Kids loved climbing here and our host Zion was absolutely above and beyond making it an even greater experience! Thank you Zion!!

My daughter loves this place, she went yesterday and is already asking to come back today.. so we did.. we have found the staff friendly and welcoming.. yes a little expensive but I would rather it be that and safe.. and the safety angle for me is done so well... Simple and easy to follow.. I do agree with one thing where the staff sit on the slide edge which the video shows you shouldn't do - my daughter did ask about that - makes it harder as parents to get them to follow the rules if staff don't - maybe you can get them a seat or two as I'm sure being on feet all day must be tiring!

We spent an hour or so at Clip N Climb at the 02 on Friday 19th June. This is the highest one we have used and has the most different types of climbs we have seen, across multiple sites. Our youngest 2 children [9 and 5] climbed, as they had a teacher training day off school. The kids were offered guidance and coaching and encouragement from Instructor Karl. He really helped the kids and enabled them to have a great experience. This was easily the highest they have climbed, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend booking clip n climb if you're visiting the 02. We will come back another time!

This looked like such a cool place & I was looking forward to having a great birthday gift but a girl called Freya made me feel horrible. Personally, I would make sure she learns to relax herself by taking her through some kind of behaviour course. Hard earned money was spent to make me have fun and also may I add pay her wages - I would teach her to respect paying customers. Management team, I urge you to look at your reviews and notice that she needs to be disciplined or make her understand that this disgusting behaviour can get her easily replaced.
