What visitors say
A really nice place if you want to enjoy the feeling of being weightless and are afraid to do so from an airplane. Also, it's a good place to advance your skills if you are doing the AFF course. The guys and girls, who are the instructors there, are really helpful and polite. It's definitely worth your attention if you're interested in any of the above mentioned activities. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience with George - I've been several times with different instructors and they've all been consistently good but George was definitely the best! He took plenty of time to explain things very clearly, and gave excellent coaching at just the right level which helped me make great progress and have a really fun time! Note: As of this session I had around 1hr40 of tunnel time so am starting to learn back fly

I bought a premium package for my son's 16th Birthday. This included 4 flights and 1 high flight, photo and videos. My son thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The wind tunnel is clear and therefore it is easy to take your own videos and photos. Most of the automated photos included in my package were disappointing as they were blurry. The videos were good and the instructors obviously try to ensure the participant goes close to the camera. I only received 3 videos and 3 packs of photos, I queried this on email and have been advised they had a technical issue with one set. This would have been very disappointing if you were only doing 2 flights and 1 was missing. I recommend taking your own videos and photos. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the upselling of additional flights and high flights (£15 each, 1st is £20 if you haven't had one.). Not a practice I'm keen on, especially as a parent. The instructor gave me a thumbs up whilst my son was in there and I hadn't realised they were basically using that to confirm additional costs, and this was not agreed pre-flight, At the end of the session the instructors do a demo of what it is possible to do and it is very impressive. I have included an example of their blurry photo and a video and some of my own.

I had a great experience with iFLY at The O2. The session was really enjoyable, well organised, and memorable. My instructor, Tillie, was excellent — professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and confident, and helped make the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend iFLY at The O2 to anyone looking for a fun and exciting experience
