Mange-Tout Maison is a substantial first-floor property within the Broccoli Bottom complex, a collection of four holiday lets set across seven acres of open countryside near Oakham in Rutland. The building sits in grounds close to Rutland Water, with access to the circular walking and cycling path that encircles it. Nearby Manton Hall and the market towns of Oakham and Uppingham are within three miles, offering independent shops, galleries and restaurants to explore.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms and one bathroom arranged across the first floor. Bedroom one has a zip-and-link super king bed that can be split into two singles; bedroom two has two single beds. Both rooms have interconnecting doors. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over. A separate open-plan living space combines a sitting area with Freeview television, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Outside, there is a garden with furniture and a balcony, plus private parking for two cars and a bike store.
One dog is welcome, to be kept on a lead. The property does not permit smoking. Check-in is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Rutland. Central with easy access to all sites in the area. Lots to do and see. Local pub is about 11 min walk away but up hill walk going. Local restaurants and pub food of high quality. Great facilities in cottage which will sleep 6 in two bedrooms. Fridge, Freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Very clean.

Booked last minute to get away from a horrible hotel & found this little bit of paradise. Lovely room with nice, big, comfy bed. Well placed for visiting Oakham, Rutland Water & other beautiful Rutland sites. Very relaxed surroundings. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Mange Tout apartment for 2 nights. It was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and a lovely little outside area. The views were great, beds comfy. We visited the local pub, Horse & Jockey, and had a lovely dinner. Also had 2 brilliant breakfasts in Oakham - The Larder & The Hungry Birds. Topped our visit with a day in Stamford and lunch in the coutyard of The George and Rutland Aqua Park. Fab couple of days- thank you.

We love this place and visit regularly. Friendly and efficient owner. A few minor decor touch ups needed but beautiful accommodation in a lovely and quiet setting within walking distance of a local pub and just off the Rutland water cycle path. We will definitely be staying again in the future and would recommend to everyone going to the area.
