What visitors say
If you have a child thats swimming bring their leisure card . . Its not as laid back as other leisure centers. The lockers are 20p but they eat your money you dont get it back. So if you need to access anything bring a bag out to the pool side. You have to take your shoes off when entering . (You can take pool shoes) The reception was okay but I found it quite stand offish and was told I was upset when I wasnt just trying to understand it being a new way as it was my first visit. I had mistakenly thought you had to book both the main pool and beach pool following advice from wrong reviews. I dont like to be told how im feeling when I was trying to be nothing but polite just flustered with a 2 and 4 year old with me and it was my first time there. Overall like most wiltshire council pools could do with a good clean but good value for money. 😊

(I'm trying to write a new review but this seems to have saved my old one). .... The wood bar is great. The manager is excellent. Both dad and I agree he serves great coffee. Maddy is also great and very friendly. Like Zara is. Harry served me this Wednesday when it was just closing. He puts the customer first which I like. Hope this helps others enjoy the wood bar as much as I do. The leisure centre is also a great place. Mandy, Dan and Wendy are fantastic help. Dan encourages me to be more sporty and always has rime for me. (And my dad Doug) Xxx

Second time this week ive tried to go to gym and absolutely rammed with no equipment free to use dont get me wrong its a good thing but not when youre time restrained. Also for the resistance machine there are not enough equipment ie handgrips bars etc Only renewed contract last month wish I could get out of it as all I seem to be doing is giving the council money for nothing.....nothing new there then. I think maybe a booking system for the busier periods would be a good idea...atleastthat way folk who have limited time can still work out and get something for their hard earned money

I love this place. A really open and spacious hub to meet and work, and the facilities are absolutely fine. I love the gym! Just wished it had a boxing bag, and also that the cafe served some gluten free savoury food. 🙏
