On the plus side Location is nice, bus stop to Canterbury and Sandwich 150 metres from entrance. Enclosed Dog Park Waterside cafe is great. Good food. Negative Toilets and showers poor Mens side always wet because shower nearest door doesn't drain properly. The toilet cubicles and seats are cheaply made and poor quality. They do not stand up to constant use by many people. Black water disposal is awful. Grey water disposal not much better. If the negatives were improved, it would be a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay here - beautiful grounds and spotlessly clean facilities despite it being February and very rainy! A huge well done to the cleaning team for keeping the lovely warm shower blocks so clean. The cafe was run by a brilliant team of staff who could not have been friendlier and the food was first class. All the staff were helpful and we can’t wait to return. Thank you to you all.

We stayed for 4 fantastic nights here. Yes it was wet and the grass muddy in places but it was February and we have had so much rain so this was expected. We had a hard standing pitch so keep off the grass and there is no problem. All the staff in shop and cafe couldn’t do enough for you so pleasant and welcoming despite the awful weather. Food and drinks in the lovely warm cafe was excellent as always. Toilet and showers were spotless and warm, showers big and great water pressure and hot. We can’t wait to get back. Absolutely fantastic place.Chris and Deb

We have just stayed for 2 nights in our campervan, very peaceful, clean and spacious pitches. The heated shower block and toilets are well looked after and kept very clean. My two children loved visiting the animals and catching lots of fish from Victoria lake. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back.
