Melrose sits on the edge of open countryside, with the Eildon Hills rising nearby and riverside walks threading through the surrounding landscape. Dingleton 45 occupies a peaceful residential street just outside the town centre, close enough to reach independent shops, cafés and pubs on foot, yet far enough back to avoid the bustle. The Scottish Borders beyond offer woodland trails, cycling routes and access to further afield—Melrose Abbey and the region's market towns are all within easy reach.

The apartment spreads across one floor and accommodates four guests: a double bedroom, a twin room, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, a living room with a Smart TV provides a place to settle in the evening, while the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and the usual appliances for self-catering. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Two cars can park on site.

This is a straightforward base for exploring the Borders on foot or by bike, or simply spending time in a quiet corner of the region. One dog can stay free. No smoking inside.
